Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description

Engage deeply with business teams to identify opportunities and translate the needs into innovative and practical AIML solutions. Design, build, and deploy state-of-the-art AIML models to solve complex business problems. Understand key performance levers and metrics to highlight AIML solution operational issues and drive improvement. Collaborate closely with engineers and infrastructure partners to implement robust and scalable solutions. Communicate the results and insights effectively to partners and leaders, providing clear and actionable recommendations. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in AI, GenAI, and data science. Regularly research and present new ideas to improve the team's technical capabilities.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in San Diego, California and some days remote.

Work Environment

This position is located on-site in San Diego, CA. It works on a hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings, and meetings to further ensure teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
