We’re seeking an experiencedSoftware QA/QC Professionalto serve an integral role within our software team. The ideal candidate will support software testing, debugging, and validation to ensure software releases are free of logical, functional, or procedural errors in a fast-paced, agile environment.

A customer-first attitude is critical, as Titan’s software and User Interface effectively serve as the face of the system for both new and experienced operators. Titan’s broad adoption is a direct result of a carefully managed approach to software design, and the ideal candidate will have proven skills in testing of critical systems and applications. Specific responsibilities include designing and implementing test plans, debugging, and troubleshooting software within a CI/CD pipeline. The candidate will work closely with both the software development and QA teams to coordinate regression testing and write test cases for new software features. This requires a deep understanding of the system’s operating goals and use cases, and a high level of scrutiny to rapidly identify and document any unusual behaviors with the goal of ensuring a high level of reliability and consistency for end users. The candidate will also assist in field testing systems and data gathering to support the broader goals of Titan QA and R&D development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Participate in and coordinate weekly field-testing operations that support the hardening of new or existing software versions

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for all new software releases

  • Investigate customer complaints and work with the software team to implement corrective actions

  • Participate in the development and implementation of new software features to ensure that quality standards are met

  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement

  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and provide regular reports

You’re required to have this

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THIS

  • BS in Computer Science or related discipline

  • 3 years’ experience conducting software quality assurance

  • Ability to obtain a secret level security clearance

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MS in Computer Science or related discipline

  • Demonstrable knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

  • Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools

  • Experience with Selenium, Playwrite, Chrome debugger, or similar testing tools

  • Proven work experience using Linux CLI

  • Familiarity with full-stack development languages and frameworks

  • Strong knowledge of socket-based networking and standard protocols

  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment

  • Solid knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages

  • Current DoD security clearance
