Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to play a critical role in driving sales growth for one of our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the backbone of the sales team, managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Maintain and update the client database in Salesforce.com, ensuring data accuracy and integrity (Source: RH Acronym Guide).

  • Prepare client proposals, contracts, and sales presentations with professionalism and close attention to detail.

  • Track key performance metrics in scorecards to monitor sales progress and identify opportunities for improvement (Source: RH Acronym Guide).

  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, follow-up actions, and candidate send-outs ("Send Out," Source: RH Acronym Guide).

  • Support account executives with timely reporting, email communications, and project coordination.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolve any escalations efficiently (Source: RH Acronym Guide).

    Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is strongly preferred (Source: RH Acronym Guide). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work autonomously while supporting a team.

  • High School Diploma required; some college coursework or an associate degree is preferred.
