Job Title: Sales Manager - CycleBar Scripps Ranch, San Diego Location:9860 Hibert Street, Suite C3 Reports To: General Manager About Us: CycleBar is more than just a fitness studio; we’re a community dedicated to providing a fun and energizing experience for our members. We're seeking a motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our team and drive membership sales and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Membership Sales: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for memberships. * Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for increasing studio revenue through promotions and events. * Community Outreach: Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members. * Staff Management Support: Assist the General Manager in managing staff, including training and performance evaluations. * Studio Communication: Handle studio emails and ensure timely responses to member inquiries. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably (2+ years) in the fitness industry. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A go-getter attitude with a passion for fitness and community engagement.
