Robert Half is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our client's growing property management team. As the first point of contact for residents, clients, and vendors, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome residents, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department.

• Schedule appointments and meetings for clients.

• Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-stocked.

• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as needed.

• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Process and distribute incoming mail and packages.

• Provide general support to residents and assist with resolving any issues or requests.

  Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential

• Exceptional customer service skills are required

• Experience with data entry is necessary

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members

• Organizational skills for managing and organizing files

• Skill to schedule appointments appropriately, balancing staff and client needs

• Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Adherence to company policies and protocols at all times

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
