Description
Our client is a forward-thinking biotech firm at the forefront of groundbreaking research and innovation. They are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join their team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of projects that advance the company’s mission to transform the future of biotechnology.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-ups are effectively managed.
Track project milestones and proactively communicate updates and potential risks to stakeholders.
Support resource allocation by monitoring project budgets and timelines.
Assist with vendor and contractor coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct research and provide data analysis to support project decisions and strategy.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements
Experience: 2-4 years of project coordination or related experience, preferably in the biotech or life sciences sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with biotech industry standards and terminology is a plus.
Attributes: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
