Intuit Principal Technical Program Manager in San Diego, California

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative problem-solving Technical Program Manager with a passion for addressing challenging customer issues. As a program leader, you will be in charge of achieving both business and technical objectives. If you have a strong desire to deliver outstanding enterprise-level results that substantially affect our customers' lives, our Intuit Customer Success Technical Program Management team will welcome you with open arms as a Principal Technical Program Manager. You will be responsible for supporting our top-priority data initiatives in Virtual Expert Platform. The platform's mission is to create user experiences, capabilities, and products that empower our customers' prosperity through AI-driven human expert interactions. This position will focus on driving instrumentation across the AI-driven expert platform to enhance product and AI experiences, facilitate experimental insights, and guide business decisions through data-driven product management.

What you'll bring

+ + 10+ years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company

  • Structured problem solving skills, combined with strong business acumen

  • Proven ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains

  • Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business

  • Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large

  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives

  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense

  • Strong communications (written/verbal), and senior executive-level presentation and facilitation skills

  • Strong process and project management skills

  • Strong academic record required. MBA, or equivalent, from a nationally recognized institution preferred

How you will lead

  • Partner with Intuit’s Consumer Group senior leaders to jointly develop comprehensive business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth and unlock new customer value

  • Partner with Intuit Technology Ecosystem platform leaders to influence operating and strategic planning decisions and business and investment priorities

  • Provide focused analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements, ensuring execution is set up for success and managed rigorously

  • Learn from internal and external best practices and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across CG

Shape and manage the CG’s operating rhythm and planning processes as part of member of the Business Operations Leadership team
