The Cameron Bell Corporation dba Gov Solutions Group Navy ERP MM/WF SME in San Diego, California

Candidate will provide technical support for Navy ERP software products in support of Naval Information Warfare System Command. Review documentation and provide technical solutions and recommendations that require in-depth knowledge of the ERP Material Management module, data tables, and ERP business principles across multiple business processes and data solutions. Provide technical support in the processes, methodologies, data structures, principles, business rules, and operational practices of Navy ERP in the NAVWAR operating environment.

This is a remote working position based out of San Diego, CA.

Position Duties:

  • Provide overarching Purchase Requisition Processing support including, Line of Account issues, Unit of Measure Issues, Fund Code Issues, Purchase Requestion releases
  • Provide overarching Purchase Order Processing support including, Unit of Measure issues, Vendor Issues, PR to PO manual creating issues. Mismatches (GR/SES, IR) and other issues.
  • Provide Goods Receipt support to include, Command assistance in proper creation/correction of Goods Receipts and Service Entry sheets, Goods Receipts (MIGO) troubleshooting and How To.
  • Research and resolve issues with requestions and obligations
  • Identification of IDOC errors
  • Provide Funding Document support to include, Research/Analysis, and remediation of failed docs, Cumulative Total Issues (ZFD), FMS/Missil Interface issues, Investigating Workflow Errors to determine issues preventing ZFD Purchase Order and Sales Order from generating/updating (Incident Resolution).
  • Investigate Workflow/Interface errors to determine issues preventing ZSPS PR from interfacing with SPS/SeaPort.
  • Provide command PR and PO guidance/assistance in resolving contract award/modifications that will not properly interface.
  • Support includes currently deployed versions of Navy ERP as well as any future or follow-on Navy ERP version updates adopted by the Navy during the period of performance.
  • Support OMandS conversion efforts
  • Support OMandS correction efforts - troubleshoot and isolate the cause for incorrect posting using MM table queries or MM reporting tools
  • Triage NHDSM tickets to resolution
  • Act as liason to T3 for Top 10 defects to ensure NAVWAR requirements are adequately addressed
  • Provide FDS review input to ensure NAVWAR requirements are adequately addressed
  • Unit and Integration testing of new MM functionalities and system requirements
  • Familiarity with Unique Material Master system requirements and functionality

Required Qualifications:

  • At least eight (8) years of experience in design, development, implementation, and deployment of financial systems, to include completing module configuration on:
  • At least two different SAP implementations, or
  • Five (5) years of experience on Navy ERP
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in the assigned SAP module
  • Experience as a Lead Tester in unit and integration testing, to include preparing test plans and documenting results, and communicating results to end users.
  • Experience writing Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Technical Design Specifications (TDS), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Conversion Programs, Interfaces, end-to-end Process Maps, and Technical White papers for SAP-based ERP solutions
  • Specific experience in Navy ERP General and Working Capital funds
  • Desired Qualifications:
    • Experience with Business Process Improvement highly desired
  • Experience with IM/WM module highly desired
  • EducationRequirements:Bachelor's degree.

Travel Requirements:1-2 weeks per year determined by customer need. Salary: $155,000-$165,000. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if appl cable) will be finalized at offer.
