SALARY: $100,000 - $118,750

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the ongoing operations, maintenance, and improvement of all Production Facilities, Warehouses, Tasting Room and Kitchen, and Offices for Cutwater Spirits. This position will set overall direction and strategy, execute projects as required, and manage the reliability of ongoing day to day operations. The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for preparing budgets and managing preventative maintenance agreements, managing vendors, including contract negotiation, project management, vendor relations, cost saving initiatives, equipment upgrades, and provide solutions to any facility related issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Maintenance, process improvements, and CAPEX projects throughout all facilities.

Contributes to the development of the 1-year, 3-year, and 10-year CAPEX strategy and goals that supports Cutwater’s vision and strategy.

Owner of the facility capital and maintenance expense budgets presenting updates on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Owner of maintenance program system and full utilization of (AMMS) and PEMS project submittals.

Environmental and Safety owner as it pertains to support equipment, contractors, and general facility maintenance.

Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of policies and SOP’s that provide clear standards and drive accountability in the maintenance and cleanliness of all locations.

Owner of plant-wide maintenance maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost effectiveness with available resources improving overall equipment efficiency.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering discipline or related field, or combination of education and experience.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Industrial setting.

Prior experience as a Maintenance Manger within beverage manufacturing industry, preferred.

Advanced knowledge of AMMS (Preventative Maintenance Software), preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.
