THE WORK:

  • You'll coordinate projects under the direct supervision of a Program, Project, or Functional Manager.

  • You'll support initialization, scoping, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.

  • You'll track and document work standards, contractor schedules, discrepancies, personnel, and communications.

  • You'll monitor program and technical operations, including multiple projects and personnel across locations.

  • You'll track planning and execution of all program and technical support activities, maintaining supporting documentation, including meeting minutes.

  • You'll arrange meeting schedules and provide support for risk tracking, issue resolution, and action item follow-ups.

  • You'll monitor and report on contracting and material procurement statuses.

  • You'll track and document contractor personnel, work discrepancies, and overall project progress.

  • You'll support the development and implementation of work standards and project tracking procedures.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2-3+ years of direct project coordination support for construction projects, such as Electrical/Gas Substation, Compressor, Transmission, Distribution, IT, or Civil projects.

  • B.S. in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience with client approval).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • CAPM, Agile, or other Project Management certifications or training.

  • Ability to assess the financial impact of a project and develop strong business cases.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with innovative solutions.

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
