We are partnering with a client located in San Diego, CA to find Human Resource Coordinator to join their team. As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will organize and oversee all HR duties in their organization, ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

• Participate in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.

• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

• Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.

• Assist with the monitoring of the company's HR policies as necessary.

• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and digital formats.

• Support other special projects or initiatives as needed.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Proven experience in an HR coordinator role.

• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.

• Familiarity with social media recruiting.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
