Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Help Desk Analyst. The ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of network principles and IP communication, and a passion for providing excellent technical support.

• Answering and resolving IT calls and tickets; provide technical support to internal teams.

• Documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to ensure timely resolution.

• Installing, configuring, and supporting hardware and software systems.

• Providing user training and assistance.

• Coordinating with third-party support and vendors.

• Providing updates, status, and completion information to manager.

• Involved in improving ongoing IT support practices.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of help desk analyst or technical support experience.

• Strong knowledge in networking principles and IP communication.

• Proficiency in ITSM/helpdesk software.

• Awareness of IT security principles.

• Strong ability in problem-solving and communication.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a team and independently.
