The General Manager is responsible for managing all of the café/restaurant’s operational functions. This includes ensuring all operational standards and compliance with all company policies, selecting and managing a team of employees while fostering an environment of service excellence, and ensuring that the café/restaurant meets or exceeds financial goals.

Majority of the time will be spent developing store management talent, making management staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, P&L responsibility, and planning for future growth and development of new cafes.

Job Type

This is a direct-hire, permanent position.

Work Environment

Home office, then onsite at restaurants in territory
