We are currently seeking talented individuals for our Fleet Compliance Support Specialist position!
Here is some of what you’ll do…
P OSITION SUMMARY:
The Fleet Compliance Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring all company sales and rental fleets are in good standing and compliant with industry regulations including the CARB board mandates. This position will work with the sales and rental teams to deliver the best practice emissions compliance process. This position will actively monitor fleets for compliance and communicate updates, concerns, and process with internal stakeholders. This position will lead and coordinate the implementation of machine electrification throughout the company.
Responsibilities
ESSE NTIAL FUNCTIONS:
W ork with customers and internal stakeholders to evaluate, develop, and implement strategies to ensure sales & rental fleets are in compliance with industry regulations.
Monitor and communicate all pertinent emission standards to customers and internal stakeholders.
Manage the go-to-market processes for electrification working closely with OEM, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Lead machine electrification coordination on infrastructure needs.
Deploy and oversee electrification initiatives.
Develop best practices and use guidelines for the various technologies.
W ork with the sales teams to support and promote technology solutions that enhance site productivity.
A ttend approved industry regulatory meetings and keep internal departments updated on latest emissions regulations.
A ss i s t with sales quoting and sales administration.
Assist with Kalmar sales where needed with various document administration and processes.
A ss i s t sales support team with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
E DUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have 3 years minimum experience in sales support or the construction sales industry.
Must have 3 years of general office experience
Must have a positive attitude and be a self-starter. Knowledge of construction equipment a plus.
S trong Customer Service, relationship development and customer satisfaction skills.
S trong oral & written communication skills and presentation skills.
S trong organizational, time management and forecasting skills.
A bility to work as part of a team, accomplishing mutual team goals.
PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office
College Degree preferred.
Must have a valid California Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
E xc ellent interpersonal skills.
P HYSICAL DEMANDS:
1 . Walking and moving about on foot often up and down stair

3 . Lifting: May lift nup to 25 lbs.
4 . Reaching: Extends hands and arms in any direction.
5 . Stooping: Bends body downward and forward by bending at knees
6 . Standing: Remains in standing position, if required to perform various functions of the job.
7 . Vision: Reads computer screens, paperwork, and other records
8 . Talking: Communicates via telecommunications and in person.
9 . Sitting: Sits at desk. Sits for long periods of time.
10 . Climbing: May climb on and off earthmoving machines
E NVIRONMENTAL:
1 . Noise: Works in conditions with constant or intermittent noise.
2 . Temp/Weather: Works in an office environment
