Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
Graduate degree plus 8 years experience, 3 of which in a leadership role

Required Certification/Registration:
Current California Registered Pharmacist

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
- PharmD
- At least 3 years of experience as a director
- Experience with residency programs, teaching hospitals and/or infusion centers
