Job Description
A company based in San Diego is seeking a REMOTE Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media- to join their high-performing team. This role is critical to driving awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads across the company's digital marketing channels.
Role Overview (Who You Are)
You will own the execution of the paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads and contribute to the company's mission of enabling technology companies to grow and thrive.
You bring strong analytical skills, strategic planning abilities, and expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at managing multiple projects efficiently. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will take a hands-on approach to executing and optimizing paid media campaigns while driving measurable results aligned with the company goals and supporting the sales pipeline.
Roles and Responsibilities
Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms to drive awareness and lead generation.
Collaborate with the internal content and creative teams to align campaigns with TSIAs business objectives and acquisition goals.
Manage budgets, monitor spend pacing, and ensure campaigns meet performance metrics like CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research and create data-driven ad copy for high-performing search campaigns.
Implement and manage retargeting, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking for search and display campaigns.
Develop and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting specific buyer personas across the buyers journey.
Test ad creative, messaging, and audience strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
Manage programmatic advertising (CTV, OLV, Audio streaming) efforts through platforms like Choozle, focusing on scaling awareness and retargeting opportunities.
Align with stakeholders to build and refine audience segments for display and video campaigns tailored to TSIAs key segments.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4 and Lookr platform dashboards, providing actionable insights to improve results.
Create detailed performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress toward key objectives and areas for improvement.
Work closely with content and creative teams to develop impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to align campaigns with broader GTM initiatives and product launches.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and advertising best practices to drive continuous improvement in TSIAs paid media strategy.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital media, with hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising
Experience running Google and LinkedIn Ads
Ability to utilize Google Analytics to pull and report on campaign data/performance Bachelors degree in Marketing or a relevant field
Experience working in a B2B space
Experience with Meta ads null
