Job Description
The Data Governance Lead is instrumental in establishing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of data management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The Data Governance Lead will collaborate with data stewards, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, security, and quality. This individual will drive the development and implementation of data governance frameworks that support the organization's strategic objectives and compliance mandates.

Skills and Requirements
Experience in compliance/governance in the mortgage industry.
Minimum 7 years' experience in data governance and compliance
Experience in preparation for enterprise audits.
Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Strong knowledge of data management principles, data quality, data security, and regulatory requirements. null
