Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer service calls and emails.

• Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries.

• Resolve customer complaints satisfactorily.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.

• Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• High school degree; additional qualifications or training in customer service will be an advantage.
