Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator
Job Description
Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products, promptly addressing line issues and ensuring adherence to manufacturing procedures for optimal conditions. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices and relevant SOPs. Ensure safety by adhering to policies and procedures, and utilize the MRP inventory system to report on batch records accurately. The role requires maintaining high reliability and comprehension of work instructions, with an ability to manage the fast-paced nature of tasks.
Hard Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with large Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems, SAP preferred
Ability to use computerized Materials Resource Planning (MRP) inventory system
Experience in maintaining accurate records in accordance with GDP
Soft Skills
Reliability
Ability to comprehend detailed work instructions
Adaptability to standing work and repetitive motion for extended periods
Strong communication and documentation skills

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in San Diego, California.
Work Environment
Operating in shifts, with standard times for 1st shift from 5am to 1:30pm and 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday to Friday, including some Saturdays. The work environment involves adherence to specific dress codes and safety protocols including no makeup or jewelry, and mandatory use of ear protection. Potential for overtime and shift differentials, with opportunities for advancement and pay raises upon conversion.
