About the Division:
Our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division leads large-scale projects across the energy sector. We design and manage extensive transmission lines for major energy providers, utilizing the latest design software to deliver cutting-edge solutions. If you're passionate about advancing power grid infrastructure, you’ll fit right in!
What You’ll Do:
As a Civil Engineer, you’ll work on dynamic, large-scale power grid projects for top energy clients across the country. You’ll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to bring technology to the forefront of the power industry—all while upholding the reliability and safety of the electrical grid.

Salary Range: $78,000 - $160,000 (based on experience, education, and licensure)
Profit-Sharing Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses ranging from 3.5% to 11.5% of your annual salary

Who You Are:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university (or similar field)
Preferred Experience: Engineering/design/drafting experience in a utility or engineering firm, ideally with SDG&E projects
Preferred Licensure: PE License, Civil or Electrical specialty preferred
Preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency with PLS-CADD and strong knowledge of Power Engineering principles, equipment, and industry standards
Leadership Potential: Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects and mentor others, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
