Our client is a leading healthcare company with an urgent need for experienced healthcare call center service representatives. 2+ years of experience in patient scheduling is required, with proficiency in EMR (medical records) preferred. In this role, you will answer high volume inbound calls from members and patients needing assistance in patient scheduling, rescheduling of appointments, and general customer service related inquiries. This position is 100% onsite.

salary: $23 - $23.25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Answers high volume incoming calls

• Member/patient appointment scheduling

• Rescheduling/Cancellations

• Handles multi-line phone system

• EMR (Electronic Medical Records)/Epic

• Microsoft Office Applications (Excel spreadsheets, Word documents)

• Places outbound calls regarding account statuses, complaints, etc.

• Redirects calls for further problem resolution as needed.
