Robert Half is teaming up with a renowned education sector client in immediate need of a skilled Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist who will be handling high-volume AP processing, vendor management, and expense reimbursements. This hybrid position offers flexibility in working both on-site and remotely.

• Process high-volume of invoices efficiently and accurately

• Maintain and manage vendor relationships and respond to vendor inquiries

• Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments

• Review, verify and process expense reimbursements

• Participate in the month-end close process

• Assist with other accounting projects as needed

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an AP role with high-volume processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
