Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria - your clarity drives innovation
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable insights for the development team - bridge the gap between vision and execution
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables - where ideas meet action
As a Product Owner:
Clearly communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring the development team understands priorities and requirements - turn strategy into impact
Prioritize and refine the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business goals, and market trends - the architect of value delivery
Use customer feedback and market insights to inform decisions and optimize product value - transform insights into results
As a Scrum Master:
Guide and coach teams on Scrum principles and Agile best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement - empower teams to thrive
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure progress, alignment, and the removal of blockers - keep the momentum alive
Encourage team accountability and productivity, enabling high-quality and timely delivery - lead the charge to excellence
As a Project Manager:
Provide light-touch oversight to ensure projects align with scope, timelines, and budgets - keep success on track
Proactively monitor risks and address issues to maintain momentum and transparency - anticipate challenges, deliver solutions
Support stakeholder reporting with concise updates and clear performance metrics - illuminate progress, inspire confidence
Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and refining requirements to deliver solutions that meet business goals
Adept at interpreting data and trends to inform decisions and drive process improvements
Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders through clear, concise communication
Experienced in leading workshops, aligning diverse stakeholders, and fostering team engagement
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, with the ability to coach teams and facilitate ceremonies effectively
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Proficient with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and process visualization techniques to support Agile delivery
Committed to fostering a culture of learning and process optimization
Qualifications:
5-10 years of professional experience in business analysis, product ownership, Agile methodologies, or project management - you bring expertise to every role you take on
A track record of eliciting and refining requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering solutions that align with business priorities - results-driven and detail-oriented
Experience working with cross-functional teams, effectively collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and designers to achieve shared goals - teamwork makes the difference
Proficiency with project and Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms - tech-savvy and efficient
Strong facilitation skills to lead workshops, drive alignment, and engage stakeholders - clear communication, big results
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Product Owner (CPO), or equivalent practical experience
