Our client is a fast-growing and dynamic organization dedicated to providing exceptional services and solutions to their clients. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support their team by managing office operations and ensuring efficiency in daily activities.

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations by performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and enjoys contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Support: Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the team, ensuring efficient time management.

  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in databases and filing systems.

  • Supplies Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.

  • Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent service and support.

  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for team members.

  • Special Projects: Assist in planning and executing company initiatives and events as assigned.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
