We are looking for an organized, flexible Administrative Assistant who excels in teamwork and is a resourceful, dedicated problem solver. The ideal candidate works autonomously, takes initiative, has a proactive attitude, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This individual will support the team’s day-to-day needs, manage space and conferences rooms as well as organize a variety of events throughout the year.
Description
You will work closely with a team of administrative professionals, providing full administrative, in-office support to multiple teams of Software Engineers and organize a variety of events throughout the year. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting the daily needs of onsite Software engineering teams - Submitting general building requests, often acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and ensuring completion of tasks - Onboard new employees, ensuring they receive necessary supplies, equipment, and security compliance - Process expense reports, POs and record and track equipment for inventory audits - Assist in event planning for the entire organization and will be in charge of smaller individualized team building activities - Ordering and stocking office supplies and snacks - Management of office space and updating floor plans, including lab space
Minimum Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in an administrative role
Able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Takes initiative, is a resourceful and innovative problem solver
Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
AA or BS degree preferred
3-6 years experience (engineering teams preferred) in a high tech environment
Proficient in Mac OS: Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Calendar
Managed short term projects and team events
Demonstrates tact, discretion, and sound judgment, especially when exposed to confidential and sensitive materials
Must be able to work with little supervision on daily assignments and must be able to take initiative in all tasks

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $31.10 and $46.70/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
