We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our cutting-edge tech client. This role plays a significant part in managing financial matters and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and preparing invoices for payments and verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements.

• Undertake the tasks of receiving bills and invoices from vendors and suppliers and dispensing executive duties.

• Consistently maintain records of all payment processes.

• Verify the procedures to ensure the company's finances are accurate and accurate.

• Keep track of all expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.

• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports with balances.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk that includes data entry and general accounting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (such as QuickBooks).

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.

• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
