Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our cutting-edge tech client. This role plays a significant part in managing financial matters and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable tasks.
Responsibilities:
Processing and preparing invoices for payments and verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements.
Undertake the tasks of receiving bills and invoices from vendors and suppliers and dispensing executive duties.
Consistently maintain records of all payment processes.
Verify the procedures to ensure the company's finances are accurate and accurate.
Keep track of all expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports with balances.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
2+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk that includes data entry and general accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (such as QuickBooks).
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
