Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The Accounting Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.

• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.

• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings.

• Support with payroll processing and related tasks.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and comply with financial policies and procedures.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or related field.

• Experience working in a non-profit organization.
