Account Services Manager - San Diego, CA
Twining Holdings, LLC, an innovative engineering, materials testing, and inspection company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Accounts Services Manager.In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing detailed proposals and estimates. You will oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate testing/reporting are completed by lab and field staff, reviewing of field and laboratory reports while providing direction and technical assistance to field personnel, documenting and handling of nonconformance items, and managing budgets, billing, and staffing in alignment with contracts and company standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with potential clients and existing clients for new proposal opportunities.
- Participate in regional networking events and develop new client relationships to grow Twinings market.
- Work with client and team members with the objective of securing new contracts per assigned Twining sales goals.
- Track and analyze sales results and drive plans to improve key business performance.
- Identify leads and important contacts and maintain meaningful relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing staff on lead generation and proposal review leading to new business opportunities for Twining.
- Leverage available company resources to execute client relationship management.
- Speak knowledgably about company services and brand.
- Prepare estimates and proposals by reviewing project drawings, specifications, associated approved project documents and construction schedules.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of business development and sales experience, preferably in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry.
- Experience with overseeing materials testing and structural inspections, highly desirable.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications, and highcomfort level with making sales presentations.
- Proficient in independently preparing comprehensive scope and fee proposals with minimal guidance.
- An individual that is ambitious, enthusiastic, enjoys working in a team environment, detail oriented and could multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven team player with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality, business profit and accountability.
- Proven track record in closing sales, delivering independent market analyses with a strong understanding of the construction industry trends.
- Long-term strategic planner; results-driven, superior cross-group collaboration and communication skills.
- High degree of competency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
