Responsibilities

The Quality Control Technician is a key critical role responsible for overseeing the efficient

daily quality and inspection operations of the warehouse facility. This position is responsible for

ensuring that our agricultural products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance

with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise in

agricultural practices, in-depth knowledge of quality assurance and quality control methodologies, and a

commitment to continuous improvement.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 8lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
