What You Will Do :

• Lead strategic initiatives and be responsible for managing senior-level client relationships, implementing strategic initiatives, executing long term programmatic planning efforts, and strategically responding to emerging priorities in support of DAF mission requirements as part of the large DAF strategy. ​

• Develop and manage strategic communications to deliver mission-driven messaging through the correct channels, to the right people, at the right time through storyboarding, strategy framing, communications branding, campaign development, and graphic design.

• Utilize business analysis and management practices to enhance organizational business processes and governance to increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of the organization’s programs and projects.

• Support organizational cultural and professional development initiatives to cultivate cultural and professional workforce transformation. ​

What You Will Need :

• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance; or higher

• Master's degree in a business-related field such as Finance, Accounting, Organizational Leadership or Business Management

• SEVEN (7) or more years of experience in DOD financial management

What Would Be Nice to Have :

• Demonstrates a high level of experience/qualifications in mission critical aspects as it applies to Strategic Planning for FM, DoD programming, budget estimate submissions; President’s Budget (PB), National Defense Authorization Act Certification documents and budgets and program documents such as; O&M/ budgeting, execution, and spend plans and performs assigned duties independently.

• Ability to analyze data and create data visualizations.
