Description We are on the lookout for a Software Developer to join our team based in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving development efficiency. The successful candidate will participate in code reviews, support software testing and debugging, and learn and implement new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features for our software solutions

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions using various technologies, including C#, Atlassian Jira, Backend Development, Bug Tracking, C++, and Database

• Continuously learn and implement new technologies such as AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Ajax, and API Development to improve development efficiency

• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality

• Provide support for software testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality

• Utilize your skills in ASP.NET to contribute to our software development projects

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of programming concepts and methodologies

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks

• Exhibit good communication and collaboration skills within the team

• Gain experience with version control systems, such as Git, for efficient project management. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role for at least 3 years.

• Knowledge of coding languages, specifically C++, and familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks.

• Understanding and experience in Atlassian Jira and API Development.

• Ability to develop software in web framework ASP.NET.

• Knowledge of backend development and AJAX.

• Experience with bug tracking and ability to perform thorough debugging.

• Proficiency in AB Testing and ability to analyze and interpret complex data.

• Familiarity with software design and development in a test-driven environment.

• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.

• Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business.

• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.

• Strong attention to detail.
