- Performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, maintenance and the installation of new and existing personal computer systems.
- Performs level 2 triage and provides onsite support for Systems, Network and Telecom support.
- Installs new hardware and software and maintains existing endpoint hardware and software and trains end users on the use of equipment and software.
