Expectations
Manage the recruiting for Texas Region
Facilitate daily meetings with the team to discuss goals, communicate candidate pipelines, and conduct trainings
Manage application and interview process to ensure an effective and positive candidate experience
Ensure full lifecycle requisition management
Regularly updated recruiting tracking report and pipeline
Hold yourself and the team accountable to the goals set through reporting, training, and consistent updates
Regular updates to Referral payouts through attending morning meetings, site newsletters, flyers, etc.
Weekly Social Media Activity to include likes, shares, posts
Pre-hire candidate check in (minimum once a week) with at least one face-to-face meeting before orientation
Some travel will be required
Qualifications
3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting, sales/marketing, or equivalent experience is preferred
Managing a team of recruiters is a plus
Sales/Marketing Recruitment experience is a plus.
Ability to source "passive" candidates via direct sourcing.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated success in proactive recruiting, sourcing, presentation, interviewing, negotiating and networking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday).
