DESCRIPTION

This role is a full-time, home office-based project management position with primarily a Monday-Friday work week. The role will be assigned varying projects as defined by the client. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external senior level and executive stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. This role must be prepared to work with confidential / proprietary business information and recognize the strategic implications of the processes she/he leads. Regular contact with others both inside and outside Acosta. Results have significant broad implications for the management and operations of a major client department(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as project management lead for deliverables as assigned by the client in support of their indirect sales distribution channel. Candidate is responsible for developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress on said deliverables, ensure high-quality, on-time execution and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the process to ultimately drive penetration, market share, and overall success of client partners and the distribution channel as a whole.

As directed, support indirect dealer channel activities including but not limited to prospecting for new locations, management of change additions or requests, merchandising, new dealer onboarding, site updates, regularly cadenced reporting, compliance assurance, processing of ownership changes, compensation, and cultivation of vendor partnerships across various disciplines within the channel.

Maintain dealer distribution lists to ensure accuracy in location details, contact details, operational status, rewards tiering, and other key elements critical to supporting strong client/dealer partnership.

Act as a key point of contact for dealers to address any urgent or unforeseen operational issues ("fire drills"), responding to the evolving needs of the business with agility and professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities

Proven experience in data reporting and analytical reporting required.

Extreme flexibility/adaptability and comfort with conflict resolution in a professional manner

Ability to ruthlessly prioritize various tasks and responsibilities in a fast moving and high stakes environment. High attention to detail is a must

Developing and maintaining relationships and establishing trust across client and customer leadership teams

Personal, technical and organizational skills necessary to help control projects and achieve successful results

Drives communication across all levels of leadership both internally and externally, with high level of professional acumen. Ability to provide information regarding tasks, plans, schedule, strategies and org structure to stakeholders

Excellent written and spoken communication skills – this role must represent Acosta to the highest level of our client’s organizations

Working knowledge of e-sourcing portals and other methods of RFP delivery platforms like Ariba, GEP, Scout etc.

Must possess level of professional maturity required to work with confidential and proprietary information belonging to both Acosta and our client partners.
