Job Summary:

Oversees and manages the program aspects of ongoing projects, serving as the liaison between operations, management, and the customer. This role involves reviewing program performance status and budgets, managing contract deliverables, and preparing status reports. The Project Manager assesses program issues, develops resolutions to meet quality and client satisfaction goals, and develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress. The role also includes intervention and problem solving in coordination with managers and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients. Act as the primary liaison to clients and work directly with the Contracting Officer.
  • Meetings and Coordination: Initiate, coordinate, and lead meetings to ensure alignment and address program needs. Implement corrective action plans and oversee their execution with internal department leads. Support client meetings as needed.
  • Financial Oversight: Support monitoring the financial and fiscal aspects of the contract, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as designated by the Program Manager or by the contract deliverables.
  • Compliance and Audits: Understand contractual language and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all performance metrics and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with operations and corporate department heads (e.g., IT for Security and Confidentiality, Provider Relations for credentialing, subcontracting management, and provider training issues).
  • Modifications and Changes: Review all modifications before execution by the Executive Leadership Team and ensure timely implementation of required changes. Recommend contract and program changes to the Program Manager as appropriate.
  • Project Management: Manage projects in collaboration with operational team leaders to achieve program and organizational goals related to quality, timeliness, customer service, and cost metrics.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and communication of strategic objectives, plans, and performance metrics to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Pro ider Recruitment: Work with management teams to ensure timely provider recruitment and utilization.
  • Operational Audits: Perform audits to ensure adherence to operational workflows and provide feedback and recommendations to the management.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Tableau.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent related work experience
  • Project Management: 7 years with Project Management processes (Minimum)
    • Government Contracting: 3 years working in government contracting (Preferred)
    • Healthcare Experience: 1 years working in HealthCare environment (Preferred)

Location:

  • Role is remote but must be able to work Pacific and Mountain time zone business hours

Pay Range:$85,982 - $123,944
