Dalkia Energy Solutions, LLC Program Manager - Radiance in San Antonio, Texas
Role Summary:
As the Program Manager for our Radiance Division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our program. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with our designated lighting vendor and overseeing the entire process from material procurement to installation coordination. Your primary focus will be on maintaining efficient communication with the manufacturer to ensure stock availability, timely deliveries, accurate pricing, and design support.
Job Responsibilities:
Vendor Relationship:
Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with our designated Lighting vendor as the primary point of contact.
Collaborate with the manufacturer to ensure adequate stock levels, appropriate SKUs, and timely material deliveries.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any concerns or issues related to the program.
Operational Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of material inventory and ensure accurate tracking of stock levels. Liaise with subcontractors to coordinate and manage installation activities in the field.
Monitor project timelines, ensuring installations are completed efficiently and on schedule. Utilize Project Expeditor to support PO creation and other administrative tasks.
Prepare regular reports, including project status updates, stock levels, and key metrics, for internal and external stakeholders.
Sales and Development Responsibilities:
Coordinate with our designated Lighting vendor to obtain pricing, parts, and design support promptly during development of new projects.
Collaborate with the sales team to guide and support their efforts in promoting the Radiance program.
Coordinate marketing efforts related to the program, including collateral development and promotional campaigns; this includes coordinating videographers and drone footage.
Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for program enhancement.
Set up weekly or bi-weekly calls: with Lighting vendor to discuss the following:
Current stock levels of our preferred SKUs
Review Dalkia specific initiatives from DES internal stakeholders, what does our team need from our lighting vendor? (custom SKUs, custom order bundling size, closed vs flat bed truck, delivery instructions by state or geography, etc.)
Current status of any open material purchase orders
Address any current warranty or parts replacement quotes or deliveries
Get status of any ongoing project designs we are waiting for
Discuss our upcoming forecast of potential projects/orders
Operations:
Generate process with operations team to understand interactions of available resources (process for closed/won PO, Invoicing, etc.).
Provide ongoing project status updates to external stakeholders.
Travel to New Mexico, local subcontractor in San Antonio, and our lighting vendor in Fort Worth to understand complete picture of people, stocking, operations, logistics.
Sales:
Set up hand-off calls with internal stakeholders (What does the client need/owe us).
Collaborate with our internal account manager and cost estimator to create and review quotes.
Preferred skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
5+ years of experience in operations management.
PMP Certification preferred.
Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or Lean methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and sustainability practices within the utility sector.
Experience working with utility companies and managing large scale projects preferred.
