Process Engineer

Description:

Join our team as a process engineer working on blow molding machines to meet quality a nd production goals. You will be responsible for the set up and start up of the molding machines, assisting with new project mold designs, running trails for new project designs, and managing the machine efficiency to minimize scrap and conserve materials. You will also identify and request repairs, enter work orders, and help with coaching and assisting process techs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• 3 years experience in a plastics manufacturing setting -blow molding preferred

• Experience with manufacturing quality systems -ISO 9001 and/or IATF16949 preferred

• Skilled in process improvement

• Design

• Troubleshooting

• Lean Manufacturing

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
