WOAI/KABB is seeking an experienced News Photographer . This position requires proficient knowledge of professional cameras, related equipment, lighting, composition, and storytelling. Successful candidate will be highly motivated with a proven track record in the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of daily local news gathering. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. You will be a good fit if you are unfazed by constant deadlines for all platforms and are a problem-solver.

Qualifications:

• Must have valid driver's license, good driving record

• Must be able to operate ENG news vehicles

• Ability to edit and shoot general assignment stories, lives shots and natural sound packages

• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds or more on a regular basis

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays required
