Are you a numbers wizard with a passion for precision? Do you thrive in a role where attention to detail and organization are key? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Professional to manage all aspects of payroll processing in-house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calculating wages, handling tax withholdings, managing deductions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

salary: $41,200 - $41,600 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Calculate employee wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation.

  • Process time sheets and attendance records to ensure accurate payments.

  • Calculate and process overtime payments and shift differentials

  • Calculate federal, state, and local tax withholdings.

  • Remit tax payments to appropriate authorities on time.

  • Process and manage employee deductions, such as health insurance premiums, retirement contributions, and other voluntary deductions.

  • Ensure accurate calculation and withholding of garnishments and child support payments.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws.

  • Reconcile year-end payroll and tax reports.

  • Ensure compliance with year-end reporting requirements.
