Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $35-$44/HR ($68k-$91k/Year)

Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Machine Maintenance Technicians to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on robotic equipment. This role requires expertise in electrical (480v), mechanical, or fluid power (hydraulics). Preference will be given to candidates with strong electrical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on robotic equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (480v).

• Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including pulleys, gears, and belts.

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Work with PLC control systems, including Allen Bradley and Siemens.

• Utilize ladder logic for troubleshooting and repairs.

• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Essential Skills

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.

• Mechanical experience with pulleys, gears, and belts.

• Proficiency in PLC and ladder logic.

• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Hands-on experience with 480v systems.

• Knowledge of conveyors, motors, and automation systems.

• Ability to commit to a rotating schedules

Work Environment

The position requires a rotating shift schedule, with ample advance notice to plan around work commitments. The set rotation includes plenty of days off between shifts, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $91520.00/yr.
