As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department with a variety of functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about HR practices. salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

  • Drafts correspondence for candidates and employees, and manages the submission, tracking, and electronic retention of executed agreements (such as offer letters, restatements, and separation agreements).

  • Coordinates company-wide recognition initiatives, including Length of Service Awards and Employee of the Quarter.

  • Assists in planning and executing the annual United Way Campaign, focusing on participation tracking and reporting.

  • Manages gift card processes, including activation, logging, distribution, and preparing EIB templates for submission to Accounting and Payroll.

  • Oversees the Tuition Reimbursement Program.

  • Manages the Flower Request Program.

  • Provides administrative support to the HR Leader, including calendar coordination, expense filing, clerical support, and special projects.

  • Maintains and updates employee information sites on the intranet, and develops content as needed or requested.

  • Assists the HR Team with additional duties, special projects, and events as assigned.
