**Job Summary and Description

Serves as the central point of contact coordinating facilities maintenance, repair, and alteration projects for a college campus or support facility. Ideal employee has knowledge and experience in facilities project coordination/management and in one or more engineering disciplines or construction trades. Coordinates directly with campus staff, operations and maintenance personnel, architects, engineers, and contractors to lead facilities maintenance and repair projects from identification to completion. Provides direct services to users/customers or collaborates with other professionals by one or more of the following: personally assessing situations, obtaining necessary information, drawing conclusions, making recommendations, and implementing courses of action in accordance with standard procedures and best practices.To view a complete job description,click here.

**Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management or a combination of education, training and experience that equates to the required degree.
  • Five years of job related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Nine years of job related experience.
  • Project management, facilities management, engineering, construction, and construction cost estimating certifications from nationally recognized professional or trade organizations.

License and Certifications:

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organizations insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
