Randstad is seeking customer service professionals to join our clients consumer lending team in San Antonio. We are looking for candidates who can work 2nd shift and handle a high volume of inbound calls, 75-100 per shift. Offers for these openings will be extended based on experience, no interviews required! AVAILABLE SCHEDULE: 2:00pm-10:30pm (days off are Saturday OR Sunday + a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

AVAILABLE SCHEDULE: 2:00pm-10:30pm (days off are Saturday OR Sunday + a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)

• Inbound Call Center: 75-100 calls per day

• You will work as a Customer Service Rep with the company's Consumer Lending department and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.

• Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances
