Are you seeking an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a major financial in the west San Antonio area for an onsite role? Randstad is hiring for a very exciting opportunity where you will be a part of a dynamic team and supporting Spanish speaking customers in a call center enviornment. The role will begin on 9/16. A criminal background check that goes back to the age of 18 years old is required via fingerprint Permanent schedule is 1 pm - 930pm days offTuesday and Saturday Training schedule is M-F 8 am - 430 pm No time off is allowed during the first 7 weeks of training!

salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 1 PM - 9:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

*Training is M-F 8-430PM for 7 weeks!

Permanent schedule after training is 1-930PM off Tues and Sat*

You will work as a Customer Service Rep with the company's Consumer Lending department and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.

• Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances

• Inbound Call Center: 60-80 calls per day

• Will transfer more escalated calls to another department
