Job Summary and Description
Responsible for assisting IRES in the oversight and implementation of district-wide research and effectiveness processes with a focus on Data Infrastructure and Data Warehousing. Advances institutions data capabilities to support strategic decision-making and institutional effectiveness. Oversees the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of robust data infrastructure and warehouse solutions utilized by Institutional Research and Effectiveness Services (IRES),College IR, and College Data Analysts. Recommends and implements innovative technologies and solutions that improve data analysis and reporting capabilities district-wide.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field and/or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
- Five years of proven experience in data management, data warehousing, and/or business intelligence, preferably in an educational or institutional research setting.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Seven years of related experience in a higher education research setting.
- Experience with data governance practices, compliance standards (e.g., FERPA), and regulatory reporting requirements is desirable.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Must possess a valid driver license. Must be insurable through the organization's insurers.
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
