Location: Shenanigan's Sports Bar, San Angelo, Texas
Position: Full-Time Line Cook / Dishwasher

We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Line Cook who is also willing to assist with dishwashing duties. Job Responsibilities:
Line Cook Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and established guidelines
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, especially during peak hours
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness practices are adhered to
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Dishwasher Duties:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Keep the dishwashing area organized and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces as needed
- Ensure all dishes are cleaned and returned to their proper place quickly and efficiently
- Assist with trash removal and basic kitchen maintenance
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift items and stand for extended periods
