Foremen serve as hands-on leaders for their construction crews. You will be accountable for the safety, quality, and productivity of all crew members while completing construction projects for our customers.
CDL strongly preferred or ability to acquire CDL permit within 60 days of hire.

What You'll Do
Perform all of the responsibilities of a Journeyman Lineman
Responsible for crew administration and equipment management
Interact with employees, customers and the public in a courteous and tactful manner
Adhere to Linetec’s safety and performance standards
Maintain time and material records for the assigned job
Other duties as requested by leadership
What You'll Have
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the electrical services industry required
OSHA Competent Person Certified is preferred
CDL strongly preferred or ability to acquire CDL permit within 60 days of hire
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, must be very detail oriented
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to understand plans/blueprints to ensure projects meet all building/code requirements
Proven success in meeting critical deadlines under stressful conditions
Strong sense of personal responsibility
Commitment to doing quality work while putting safety first
Working Environment
Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions
All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling
Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment
Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Requirements
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required
Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test; hold/obtain DOT medical card
