University of Utah Surgical Services Manager, School of Den in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
The Surgical Services Manager oversees and ensures high-quality patient care, faculty and provider support, and exceptional team member experience to the School of Dentistrys (SOD) high acuity specialty dentistry teams. This newly created position will work with the Director of Clinical Operations, the Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs, and SOD faculty leadership to build process and programs to support quickly growing oral and maxillofacial surgery, maxillofacial prosthodontics, and general practice residency surgical operations. Candidates are expected to focus on oversight of clinical business operations, quality assurance, system improvement, and clinic staff support and leadership.As a member of the School of Dentistry team you are expected to form positive and productive relationships with peers, students and leadership to support the mission, vision, values, and PROMISE standards of the organization.
