The Salesforce Associate Engineer will play a key role as a generalist, supporting the ongoing development and optimization of our Service and Marketing Cloud platforms. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce certified professionals, this role provides a unique opportunity to develop broad skills across multiple areas of Salesforce and university IT systems. Tasks will range from operational activities like user training and basic assistance to implementing new features, developing custom code, and drafting SQL queries to manage and analyze data.No prior Salesforce experience is necessarywe're ready to help you grow into this rolebut we value candidates with demonstrated aptitude and a willingness to learn. While professional experience is not required, we appreciate candidates with some background in technology, either in an administrative or developmental capacity, even if demonstrated through personal projects. Ideal candidates are those looking for long-term growth within the university, such as recent UU graduates or current UU employees exploring a career change.
