ManpowerGroup Repair Technician in Salt Lake City, Utah

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Repair Technician to join their team. As a Repair Technician, you will be part of the Infusion Pump Service team, focusing on repair, rework, and refurbishment of medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow complex procedures, which will align successfully with the organization’s quality and operational standards.

Job Title: Repair Technician

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $21 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Perform repair, rework, or refurbishment of medical devices.

  • Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify root causes, collaborating with Senior Technicians or Managers as needed.

  • Conduct Level 0 and Level 1 Product Complaint Investigations (PCI) and work with various teams to resolve issues.

  • Ensure compliance with Quality System Regulations and internal Quality Management Systems (QMS).

  • Maintain a clean work environment and participate in special projects as required.

What’s Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent; an A.S. degree in a technical discipline is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in a high-tech manufacturing or servicing environment.

  • Strong initiative, teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Ability to understand and follow complex written procedures.

  • Experience with cGMP and quality standards is a plus.
